In my opinion, hypnosis is meditation with a goal.
It is getting through the “Critical Factor” to have access to the driver of our lives. The Critical Factor filters all positive and negative suggestions coming from the outside in order to find out whether they are true or not.
Once we reach the subconscious mind, we can change all the information that is blocking us. The subconscious is very intelligent, uses a different language, and is 95% responsible for what we are; it is our home.
Through hypnosis, we can access this part of ourselves and become the creators of our destiny.
Why Hypnosis?
The statistics speak for themselves:
Do you have to believe in hypnosis in order for it to work?
The answer is no.
Even if one does not believe in it, it works. The only requirement is the predisposition to try hypnosis. You cannot hypnotize someone who does not want to or comes to it obligated.
Also, the more someone is willing to let go, the more control he has over his life.
What do you feel in hypnosis
The experience is unique for each person. For some, it is a heavy feeling in the body, for others it’s like flying. Everything is possible.
A common factor is stress release and the regeneration of the body.
Actually, hypnosis is a state we all know, only we are not aware.
During hypnosis, you will never say or do anything you don’t want to. You are always in control.
Can everybody be hypnotized?
The answer is yes.
As long as the person wants to be hypnotized.
Types of Hypnosis
Analytical Hypnotherapy
Analytical Hypnotherapy (also called hypnoanalysis) is very effective in dealing with deeper issues and is a mix of psychotherapy and hypnosis.
The goal is to find the root cause of a problem in order to be able to treat the problem. After the cause is found the problem can be resolved for good.
Simpson Protocol
In this hypnosis we use ideomotor responses to communicate with the Super Conscious Mind throughout the session, while the client is in Esdaile State (a deep state of hypnosis). This allows the client’s own mind to direct where and what will be worked on.
The work is done internally, and more importantly – privately. This is a major benefit for clients who don’t want to expose their issues or experiences.
The Simpson Protocol takes the Hypnotherapist’s conscious mind out of the equation and allows the super conscious of the client to do the all the change work themselves. This, of course, is a more accurate means of bringing about change for any specific issue in each client.
Best of all, by working with their own Super Conscious Mind in the Simpson Protocol, the client understands that they had a direct role in their healing, and this brings about profound change.
Regression. R2C (Regress to Cause)
Hypnosis enables the mind to travel more easily across the dimension of time.
Regression is the process by which the guides you back through time to particular events that need to be examined in order to work on the problem.
